Return and Cancellation Policy

EXCHANGE, RETURNS & CANCELLATION

Our products are tailored by hand in small quantities, which means there will be small irregularities. Despite our thorough quality check if there is an issue with the order here are some guidelines to help you with the process:

EXCHANGE

If in case the required style is unavailable we will refund the amount. We accept exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product.

REFUND & RETURNS

In case you are unhappy with your product due to damage or a quality check lapse, we will refund the amount within 7 working days. Return of the product has to be made within two days from the date of delivery of the product in the same condition that was sent.

CANCELLATION

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.Send us an email to mail.merasal@gmail.com for the same.

In case of exchange and refund, please ensure the product is retained in the original condition you received it in with the tags on. Washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address. The time frame for exchange and refund is 7 days.
